Triple Berry OBP Smoothie

Fresh or frozen fruit

There is nothing like the flavor and goodness of fresh seasonal fruit, but if the fresh fruits are not available, frozen fruits are a suitable substitution. Frozen fruits will also blend up thicker than fresh fruit.

Tip: If you are using fresh fruits, freeze for 30 minutes before blending or just add 1 cup of ice to the mix. It will give you a super chill smoothie.

Add your Ocean Bay Pure thickener

4 tablespoons of Ocean Bay Pure Sea Moss Gel in our smoothie.

Add a Liquid

Almond milk will add a nutty flavor, but coconut milk pairs well with tropical fruits and will give a richer, creamier flavor to your smoothie. Whole milk or fruit juice will work as well.

Tip: If you're looking to cut calories and sugar from your diet, use unsweetened coconut water.

Smoothie Add-ins

For some nutritional punch, add some spinach or kale for omega-3s.

Tip: Fresh mint, vanilla extract, cinnamon, or honey will take any smoothie to the next flavor level.
