Ocean Bay Pure Sea Moss Gel is a consumable product. Freshness. Exceptional quality. Timely delivery. That’s what you expect. We get it. That’s why we will only ship orders Monday through Thursday. Freshness and quality are paramount. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are fulfilled the following Monday. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada, or other international addresses.


Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Transit Time: Please allow 3-4 business days on average for delivery within the US. Certain remote areas may take up to 5-6 business days. Expedited shipping (overnight and guaranteed 2-day) is available, an additional cost will be calculated during checkout.

Return Policy

We believe in the quality of our sea moss gel, which is why our return policy is hassle-free. If you’re not satisfied with Ocean Bay Pure Sea Moss gel for whatever reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds generally take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refund Process
We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost items. To begin the refund process, please email customer service at orders@oceanbaypure.com within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is defective or damaged, include your order number, a photograph of the product shipping box, and a detailed explanation for the refund request in order to obtain authorization.
